This mod requires the following mods to function
denikson-BepInExPack_Valheim
BepInEx pack for Valheim. Preconfigured with the correct entry point for mods and preferred defaults for the community.
Preferred version: 5.4.2350README
Wire's Shake It Up
Improves Valheim's camera shake. I like how it's done in Helldivers 2 and this is like a mix between HD2 and Valheim's vanilla shake. Basically, the shake looks better, feels better, has a punch thats reduced over time instead of a constant rumble the entire time etc. I dunno how I'd pitch this to you but just… trust me shake is good now. The default intensity is 0.5 so apart from making the shake feel better it's also reduced in comparison to vanilla. I've played with it so far for about an hour or two.
A GIF really wouldn't do it justice lol, you have to experience it yourself to know what I mean.
Short impacts retain a punchy kick. Larger events transition into a lower-amplitude sustained rumble with subtle secondary motion.
Configuration
Everything can be adjusted in:
BepInEx/config/wire.valheim.shakeitup.cfg
The defaults are intended to be the mod's normal experience rather than a reduced-shake accessibility preset.
Disclaimer: the code is AI assisted since I barely know C#. Not fully AI nor human. also the description on this mod specifically is mainly AI cus it's a lot to explain. Donations: ko-fi.com/krosshair
