Valheim summoning staff mod.

- Troll summon changed to ON/OFF toggle.
- Troll duration changed to infinite while ON.
- Troll cooldown: 60 seconds, starts when summon turns ON.
- Skeleton cooldown: 30 seconds, starts when summon turns ON.
- Turning summons OFF does not start a new cooldown.
- Live summon count UI (
current / max). - ON/OFF state shown on summon icons.
- ON text is larger; OFF icons are darkened.
- Player summon animations are used for troll and skeleton casting.
- Summoned combat trolls and skeletons do not drop loot.
- Old troll corpse/ragdoll summon effect is cleaned up.
