NoMo Ash
Removes all ashrain particles with a toggle that will live update.
This is not required on the server unless for some reason you want to enforce the config
Meant as a greylist mod for users that experience fps drops with ash particles
Please report if there are performance improvements
It works by changing the max particles to 0.
