This mod requires the following mods to function
denikson-BepInExPack_Valheim
BepInEx pack for Valheim. Preconfigured with the correct entry point for mods and preferred defaults for the community.
Preferred version: 5.4.2351README
No Scroll Wardrobes
Shows the Timberwood wardrobe like a chest: all 50 slots in one wide grid, with no scrollbar.
In the unmodded game the wardrobe's 50 slots (5 wide × 10 tall) sit in a narrow column that you have to scroll through. This mod draws them in a wide grid that fits the container panel. If they don't all fit at full size, the slots are scaled down just enough to fit.
Safe to add and remove
Only the display changes. The wardrobe's stored size and the slot each item sits in stay exactly as in the unmodded game, so:
- players without the mod can use the same wardrobes safely
- you can uninstall the mod at any time without losing items
- it's client-side only: servers and other players don't need it
Config
BepInEx\config\falconnn.NoScrollWardrobes.cfg, created on first launch:
Containers: prefab names of the containers to re-lay out, separated by commas. The default ispiece_chest_warderobe(the wardrobe). Use*to apply it to every container that would otherwise need a scrollbar.
Compatibility
- Valheim 1.0 (tested on 1.0.17)
- Requires BepInExPack Valheim, which your mod manager installs automatically
- Other mods that change the container grid layout may conflict
Known limitations
- Gamepad d-pad navigation inside the wardrobe still follows the stored 5-wide order.
