Allows build pieces to be rotated on each world axis. Swap between axis by a configurable hotkey, then if things get too wacky, reset the position with another configurable hotkey.

- Added a way to fine rotate a piece based off of a configurable angle. By default this is set to 90 degrees acting as a 'quick spin' but changing the angle to something smaller than 22.5 will make it a fine rotation.
