This mod temporarily removes the "cockroachMaster" actor, which handles every living cockroach. Effectively this prevents cockroach spawns completely, including from sources like infested MREs, regardless of the "Max Roaches" setting. The mod also destroys every dead roach and cockroach nest for good measure, but only on savefile load. This doesn't do things like destroying dead roaches in containers but I feel that's just your cross to bear if you got that to happen.
