awwwptimize aid
removes various game effects.
affected:
-rain is no longer drawn + is muted
-no more map wind
-no more map leaves
-no more map ambient audio
-no more leaves from bushes
-all non-kiss _play_particle is hidden (player cosmetics are unaffected but music aura will not show)
