this is made for the Official Cosmetic System btw
How to install:
if downloaded through r2modman (dont, just download it from the webpage its much easier) go to wherever your mod files are located (most probably in ../AppData/Roaming/r2modmanPlus-local/WhiteKnuckle/profiles/Default/BepInEx/plugins/.. if you didnt change it), and move the folders inside the Plugins folder to ../steamapps/common/White Knuckle/White Knuckle_Data/Mods/Cosmetics/Hands/..
if downloaded from the webpage just put the .zip file in ../steamapps/common/White Knuckle/White Knuckle_Data/Mods/Cosmetics/Hands/.. and extract the stuff inside the Plugins folder
go to the thing if you want more updates on this
