Adds a customizable endless mode to the end of the endless page that includes:
Included Regions
Laaaaa aaadd dddd ee rrrr
Excluded Sub Regions (All can be excluded but you might softlock yourself. I haven't tested all of the combinations.)
Micro management stuff like mass speed in each subregion, general mass scaling and rubberbanding, difficulty in each subregion, space compression, etcetera.
Win condition options
Starting artifacts (pick one, don't be greedy. Or not. Whatever you want.)
Starting items (Flashlight, Flaregun, Handgun)

Credit to the person who made Endless Service Shaft, I read their source code and it gave me my head start on making the button and game mode and such.
