Allows you to choose certain perks to prevent from spawning in perk machines

How To Use

1. Install :] (if doing manually, just drop the .dll file in the plugins folder in BepInEx)
2. Go to the main menu
3. Click on the button named "PERKS" to open a menu
4. Choose which perks you want to disable

Boom you're done, its that easy

No more config editing yay

btw idk if limiting the rho/ritual/altar perks do anything ok byeeeeee
