Commands
Added a "addperks" command to enable multiple perks of the same type in a quick manner
The usage is as follows
addperks <perk name> <stack amount>
To enable the mod just do
enablelimitlessperks
To disable the mod just do
disablelimitlessperks
To toggle the mod just do
togglelimitlessperks
