Allows Zora Link to use the Ocarina of Time item while standing underwater.
Note: I have bundled a slightly modified version of Wiseguy's built in D-pad mod which allows Underwater Ocarina to work with the D-pad items instead of only on the C-buttons.
If you want D-pad support you will need to disable "D-Pad Special Items" in your mod list and enable "D-Pad Special Items - Underwater Ocarina". Full credits to Wiseguy for developing the original D-Pad Special Items mod, not to mention all of the other stuff he's done.
