OilSpillMomentumFix
Fixes Chef Oil Spill permanently altering your air acceleration after it ends.
Why?
Oil Spill overrides your air acceleration while using it, but doesn't restore it afterwards, resulting in a 6x increase in air acceleration at all times after using it.
