Pathfixer
Fixes certain characters not using pathfinding properly. Serverside.
This fixes:
- Clay Dunestriders not being able to move
- Halcyonite not using any pathfinding at all (vanilla behavior can be re-enabled via config)
- Some miscellaneous characters having trouble using pathfinding properly
