BazaarLimit
Limits Newt Altar uses to once per loop. Install Risk_Of_Options to be able to edit values in-game.

- Max Bazaar Visits per Loop: -1 (unlimited)
- Max Newt Altars Uses per Loop: 1
- Random Bazaar Portal - Fixed Chance: True

Changed how config works. This will reset your config.
- Max Entries per Loop: How many times you can enter the Bazaar per loop. Hitting this limit disables both random shop portals and Newt Altars. Unlimited by default.
- Max Newt Altars per Loop: How many times you can use Newt Altars per loop. Hitting this limit disables Newt Altars. 1 by default.
- Hitting a Newt Altar but not entering the shop portal does not count towards the limit.
This is so that random portals don't feel like you're wasting a potential Newt Altar use.
