Description
Aims to make leeching seed more than just a worse version of Harvester's Scythe while giving it some identity by having it heal on DOTs.
Features
- Leeching Seed Buff now also heals for an additional 0.2 health per instance of damage regardless of proc coefficient (DOTs included)
