Risk of Rain 2 Mod - Rigs Arsenal

Every item can now be configured with the mod's configuration file! Note that the configuration file should be regenerated if updating from a previous version to reflect the new changes and to remove the old config formatting.

All items now have in-game outlines.

Almost every item has had slight visual changes to unify their appearance in both the logbook and ingame. Worn-out Stimpack and Kinetic Battery's models in particular have been revamped additionally.

Worn-Out Stimpack now grants its effects regardless of the user's health percentage. At 50% max health or lower, it instead now doubles the item's effects.

Kinetic Battery no longer grants barrier proportional to the user's maximum health on use. To compensate, the barrier it grants has been increased from 25 to 35 per stack, and it's cooldown has been reduced from 5 seconds to 3 seconds.

Chaos Rune's maximum activation limit has been removed.

Several item implementations have been optimised or improved to be more stable, particularly when this mod is used within larger modpacks.

- Fixed a bug where non-lunar equipment implemented in this mod were not in the same equipment tier as vanilla equipment.
