Executioner Rebalance
I thought that the Executioner from the StarStorm2 mod was too OP, so I rebalanced him.
Install
Use r2modman/Thunderstore, or extract manually to:
BepInEx/plugins/ExecutionerRebalance/ExecutionerRebalance.dll
The original StarStorm2 mod is required for this mod to work.
Details
- Added a second utility skill "Quick Dash" which lasts 25% longer than Crowd Dispersion, and has a 6 second cooldown, but it doesn't apply fear.
- Execution is now on a 16s cooldown, however, it deals 1500% damage.
- Consecration cooldown reduction is now 0.7s instead of 1s.
- Changed Deadly Voltage to:
- Have +20% range(only for first shot)
- Deal damage randomly between 70% and 90%
- Chain randomly between 3 and 6 times
- Instead of halving the damage each chain it reduces it by 40%.
I hope this mod is useful for those who thought the Executioner is too overpowered.
