Alias
Give your saga a proper name with Alias!
What it does
Alias gives your saved file a new name in-game. This is local only, so your mates will have to alias multiplayer adventures themselves.
Because of the multiplayer nature of the game, the real name is baked into the architecture and can't be changed, so this is the next best thing.
Usage
- Open Load Game and select a save.
- Press Set Alias.
- Type a name of up to 32 characters.
- Press Confirm.
To get the original name back, clear the field and confirm.
Configuration
None. There is nothing to set up.
Notes
The alias is saved in the save's own folder, so removing the mod will show the true name, and then re-adding it will pick up your alias.
Requirements
BepInEx 6 for IL2CPP. Mod managers install it for you.
Installation
I highly recommend Vortex. Install ASKA Mods with Vortex Then you can just click Mod Manager Download and be done.
If you install mods by hand, you clearly don't need instructions. ;-)
