Modifies several of the old ATLYSS outfits to be more revealing. Originals used from Dn12's Random skins mod.

- Major cleanup and reorganization of items, each top/bottom should be sorted together now, along with cleaner, more readable txthb files.
- Removed meshes from this mod, because it was already using the ones directly from Dn12's mod anyway. This means that Dn12's mod is a hard dependency.
- Added HB_Info.json.
- Minor rewrites to Readme/Changelog.
