Timeline Colliders
Timeline clones you can actually fight. Shoot them, stab them, cut them apart, drag their bodies around, and it all goes in the take. This is the Timeline Clones part of the Wiggles BW pack on its own, for people who only want that.
Needs: Timeline and BoneLib. Without Timeline it does nothing.
If you have Wiggles BW: you don't need this. The pack already has all of it, so this mod switches itself off.
Install
- Copy the files inside this zip's
Modsfolder into your game'sModsfolder, and the files insideUserLibsinto your game'sUserLibsfolder. Copy the files, not the folders: pasting a folder over yours can replace what's in it. - Settings are on the BoneMenu under Timeline Colliders.
Timeline Clones
Clones played back by Timeline get real bodies:
-
Hitboxes, blood, knives that stick in.
-
Health like players: head = 1 shot, body = 3 shots, arms/legs = 6 shots. Then they drop as a ragdoll right where they stand, and Timeline records the fall.
-
Dead clones drop their weapons and their guns stop shooting, even if the recording had them firing later. A sling recorded on that gun drops with it: it hangs from the gun and lies on the floor next to it.
-
Holsters stay on the body: with Timeline's holsters on rigs turned on, a dead clone's holsters, ammo pouch and body log go down with it instead of staying in the air.
-
Shot Reactions (Timeline Clones > Shot Reactions, both off by default): what the shot that kills a clone does to it. Set Shots To Kill to 1 if you want it on every shot. Both can be on, and Timeline records the flight.
- Fly Back When Shot: it's thrown back, the way the bullet was going. Fly Back Speed is how hard.
- Fly On When Running: shot while walking or running, it goes flying the way it was going, also when you've paused the take. Running Boost is how many times faster than it was moving.
-
Cars: cars pass through living clones (Cars Pass Through), so they never launch a car, but a ragdoll lands on cars and gets hit by them. If it died in a seat, the parts it's inside of only become solid once it's out of them.
-
Fist & Melee Combat (setting, off by default): turn it on and choose how many punches and how many melee hits (knives, bats, swords... anything you hold that isn't a gun) it takes to ragdoll a clone.
-
Grab and drag ragdolled clones (recorded by Timeline).
-
Shots To Kill: choose how many shots it takes in the head, the body and the arms/legs (default 1, 3 and 6).
-
Knife stabs bleed hard, keep bleeding for a few seconds, and count as a melee hit. The blade slides into the body without pushing it (standing, ragdolled or replayed), so it never throws you around or knocks the body into the floor.
-
Ragdoll Stiffness: sliders for the whole body, head, spine, and each arm and leg, in 5% steps (0% floppy, 100% rigid).
-
Ragdoll Weight (kg): how heavy ragdolled clones are, in steps of 10 kg. Shared across the body in human proportions. Heavier clones get knocked around less and are harder to drag.
-
Legs buckle like a person's: knees fold up to about 150° and hips swing about 125° forward.
-
Hands relax: when a clone goes limp, its fingers open up instead of staying clenched around its gun.
-
Injuries (Timeline Clones > Shot Reactions, on by default): after Shots To Injure shots (2) that don't kill it, a clone goes down in pain. It curls up, its hands go to the wound and it rolls around, for Pain Lasts seconds, then goes limp. More shots can finish it sooner, and Pain Strength sets how hard it thrashes. A head shot just kills it, and losing a leg puts it down in pain too. It's all recorded in the take. Turn Injuries off for clones that just take their shots and die.
Gore on Timeline clones
Timeline Colliders > Timeline Clones > Gore. It works on any avatar a clone wears.
-
Shoot a head or limb off (1 shot for a head, 2 for an arm or leg, both sliders). Hands go with the forearm, feet with the shin.
-
Cut with any blade: a real swing takes a limb off at the elbow, shoulder, knee or thigh, and a swing at the neck takes the head.
-
Tear: grab a ragdoll's limb and yank it. Tear Strength sets how hard (lower = easier). You keep hold of the limb.
-
Losing the head or a leg kills the clone. Losing an arm drops what it holds and it keeps going.
-
Stumps are torn meat with fat, broken bone and ragged skin (a neck shows the spine and windpipe). Arteries pump blood in beats that weaken and end in drips, and it pools on the floor. Whole arms and legs bend at the elbow and knee.
-
Pieces have physics, you can pick them up, and they go away after Pieces Last seconds (16 at most at once).
-
Timeline: a take records every cut and the piece's flight, also while you carry it, and replays them at the same moment. Scrub back before a cut and the limb is back.
-
Gore Sounds (Timeline Clones > Gore, on by default): tearing and snapping when something comes off, on clones and Fusion players, with a splatter for a head. Gore Volume sets how loud. Replays make the sound at the same moment.
-
Broken Bones (Timeline Clones > Broken Bones): a ragdolled clone that lands hard on an arm or leg breaks it, with a snap, and the limb goes loose. Break Speed sets how hard. Bone and Break It On Nearest Clone break one yourself: a broken leg puts a standing clone down, and a broken arm bends the wrong way and drops what it holds. Takes keep it.
-
Clones Fight Back (Timeline Clones > Clones Fight Back, on by default):
- Clones Shoot You: a recorded shot from a gun in a clone's hand that hits you hurts you (Shot Damage), with blood. With Wiggles BW's Player Gore, enough shots to an arm, leg or your head take it off.
- Clones Grab You: a clone's hand that stays on your arm, leg or head for a moment grabs it and pulls you, and if it then yanks away the limb comes off (with Player Gore; otherwise it just hurts). Record yourself reaching to where someone will stand, holding there, and pulling back hard.
-
Snapping by hand: squeeze grip on a clone's arm or leg (standing or ragdolled) and twist your wrist hard: the bone snaps.
-
Broken limbs dangle: the forearm or shin hangs and swings from the elbow or knee, with a jagged end of bone through the skin.
Cars in Timeline
Timeline records the car your seat belongs to. Some cars used to leave you floating in the air on replay with no car. This mod fixes these when Timeline is installed:
- The replayed car takes a while to load (big modded cars, or you started recording already seated): the clone gets in as soon as the car is there, instead of floating around without it for the rest of the take.
- The seat is a separate part joined to the rest of the car: everything joined to it is recorded too.
- The car has no Marrow entity at all (common on modded and map cars, Timeline can't record those): this mod records it itself and replays it. A car placed in the map moves back to where it started when the replay ends. A spawned one that's gone by then (the map was reloaded) comes back as a replay copy.
- Each time you sit down while recording, the log says what it found:
Timeline: you sat in .... If a car still doesn't work, send that line and the car's name to the mod author.
Problems
- BoneMenu > Timeline Colliders > Problems lists anything that went wrong, and Last Session says where the game was if it crashed.
- Still stuck: send
MelonLoader/Latest.log(on Quest:Android/data/com.StressLevelZero.BONELAB/files/MelonLoader/Latest.log).
Changelog
1.7.0
- Wounds and scars are visible now (they were inside the body) and come from every hit the game deals too.
1.6.0
- New: wounds and scars that stay on the body part hit (in takes too), and Limbs Regrow (Gore menu).
- Groans and death cries play again on replay; Timeline blood replays much more cheaply.

- New: injured clones groan while they're down (Shot Reactions > Groans, Groan Volume) and roll around more.
1.4.1
- Fixed: clones' shots now hit you, broken limbs really dangle, snapping by hand works (standing clones too), and clones grab you without needing finger movement in the recording.
1.4.0
- New: Clones fight back: their recorded shots hurt you, and their hands can grab you, pull you and hurt you.
- New: snap a bone by hand: grab a ragdolled clone's arm or leg and twist your wrist hard.
- Broken limbs dangle and swing, with bone sticking out.
1.3.0
- New: Broken Bones: a ragdolled clone landing hard breaks the limb that hit, and the menu can break one by hand. Takes keep it.
1.2.0
- Gore sounds rebuilt to sound far better, and shots hitting clones now have a wet impact too.
- A clone that's shot, injured or ragdolled keeps talking. Only a dead one goes quiet.
1.1.0

- New: Injuries: a clone shot but not dead goes down in pain, curling up, covering the wound and rolling around, and the take records it. Option and settings in Timeline Clones > Shot Reactions.
1.0.2
- The code that runs on a first hit is now prepared while the map loads as well, and the graphics are warmed again on every map, with a popup when it's ready.
- A limb that's come off can no longer vanish because of its culling box.
1.0.1
- Blood and gore now load while the map loads, not on the first shot.
1.0.0
- First release on its own, from Wiggles BW 2.15.0.
