LivePOV
LivePOV adds live picture-in-picture POV feeds for other players in Content Warning.
Your normal gameplay stays fullscreen while other players appear in mini POV panels on your HUD. The mod does not spawn physical camera items.
Features
- Live mini POV feed for every other player in the lobby
- Your own normal view stays fullscreen
- POV panels default to the top-right corner
- Player names on POV panels
- Configurable POV size, resolution, FPS, brightness and placement
- Configurable held-item HUD relocation so the vanilla control hints do not overlap the POV panels
F8toggles the POV panels on/off by default- Client-side viewing: another player does not need LivePOV installed for you to render their synchronized player POV approximation
Controls
- F8 — Toggle all LivePOV panels
The key can be changed in the BepInEx config.
Configuration
After launching once, edit:
BepInEx/config/andre.livepov.cfg
Important settings include:
ToggleKeyFeedWidth/FeedHeightTextureWidth/TextureHeightFeedFPSBrightnessBoostUndergroundDarkenPositionMoveItemControlsItemControlsX/ItemControlsY
Multiplayer
Only the player who wants to see LivePOV feeds needs the mod installed. If your friends also want POV feeds on their own screens, they should install LivePOV too.
Notes
LivePOV reconstructs remote POVs using player data synchronized by Content Warning. It is not a video stream of the other player's monitor, so private HUD elements and menus are not transferred.
Installation
Install with Thunderstore Mod Manager / r2modman, then launch Content Warning modded.
