Better Builder Tools

Eight standalone building tools for Cult of the Lamb. Install the package with Thunderstore Mod Manager or r2modman. BepInEx is required.

The tools work independently, so individual features can be disabled through their BepInEx configuration files.

Controls

Build and Edit mode Keyboard: C Controller: the normal Edit Buildings button

Reopen the build catalogue Keyboard: R Controller: Back or Cancel once

Undo Keyboard: Ctrl+Z Controller: LB or L1

Drag placement Keyboard: hold Left Mouse Button and move across valid tiles Controller: hold the normal Place or Upgrade button

Path brush Keyboard: V Controller: Left Stick Click, normally LS or L3

The brush cycles between 1x1, 3x3, and 10x10. Select a path or flooring item first.

Upgrade all Keyboard: G Controller: Y

Hold-to-upgrade uses the normal placement button while moving over eligible buildings.

Remote cancel Keyboard: Middle Mouse Button or F9 Controller: X

Hover an unfinished build site before using the cancel control. Materials are refunded directly.

Clear all of this type Keyboard: F8, then F8 again to confirm Controller: use the Remove All prompt button twice

The confirmation window also accepts the controller Accept button and cancels with the controller Back button.

Build Camera Focus has no manual keybind and follows the active placement object automatically.

The on-screen prompt is authoritative when a controller layout has been remapped.
