FreeCamAssist
FreeCamAssist adds a toggleable free camera to Cult of the Lamb with multiple camera modes, movement controls, camera locking, zoom, vertical movement, and mouse look.
Default Controls
- F9 — Toggle free camera
- Insert — Secondary free camera toggle
- F8 — Lock/unlock the current freecam view. While locked, player control is restored and the camera stays in place.
- F10 — Cycle camera mode: Survey → GroundScout → LambView
- F11 — Recenter the current freecam mode near the player
- W / A / S / D — Move the free camera
- Space — Move camera upward
- C — Move camera downward
- Q / E — Move the camera in/out
- Mouse wheel — Move the camera in/out
- Right mouse drag — Look around
- Left Shift — Fast movement modifier
- Left Control — Slow movement modifier
The keybinds and camera settings can be changed through the mod's BepInEx configuration file.
Camera Modes
- Survey — Elevated overview-style free camera
- GroundScout — Lower free camera for looking around the cult grounds
- LambView — Camera positioning intended to stay closer to the Lamb's normal perspective
Installation
- Install BepInExPack for Cult of the Lamb.
- Install this package with a Thunderstore-compatible mod manager, or place
FreeCamAssist.dllinBepInEx/plugins. - Launch the game and press F9 to toggle freecam.
Notes
FreeCamAssist temporarily yields control to the vanilla camera during conversations or scripted camera sequences when that safety option is enabled.
