THE HAMR IS HERE FOR ALL REJOICE

it is basically just a SCAR that has a firerate ramp up past the first couple rounds. The real HAMR switches to open bolt during sustained fire but that would be literal hell to make and functionally in H3 and visually it firing in closed bolt but faster is good enough for most people
