Hidden Health Bars

Hides all enemy health bars. Use the config to also hide boss health bars.

Changelog

Fixed health-bar status effect indicators (e.g. Freeze cooldown, Origination) being created in the place where the enemy was when the effect was applied, but not following it around if enemy health-bars are turned off.
Health-bar status effect indicators are now hidden by default.
Set hideEffectIndicators in the config to false to show effect indicators again.
