Version 1.1.2 combines both supplied compatibility repairs into one installable package, with a red settings-gear icon.
Included fixes
- Interaction Repair (
GuffsInteractionRepair.dll): guards LethalInternship's optional menu-open check while its UI manager is unavailable. Once the manager is ready, its original check runs normally. If the expected mod or interface is absent, the repair stays inactive. - RansomLC Scene Fix (
GuffsRansomSceneFix.dll): lets RansomLC use its existing default-rarity fallback when a moon configuration entry is missing. Existing moon configurations retain their normal behavior. If RansomLC is absent, the repair stays inactive.
The combined package version is 1.1.2. The two original repair DLLs are included unchanged and retain their original plugin identities and internal versions.
Installation
- Fully close Lethal Company.
- Disable or remove the two separately installed packages: guffs_updated_tools_Interaction_Repair and guffs_updated_tools_RansomLC_Scene_Fix. Keep only one installed copy of each repair DLL.
- Import
guffs_updated_tools-1.1.2.zipusing Install local mod in Thunderstore Mod Manager or r2modman. If prompted, use author guffs and version 1.1.2. - Ensure BepInExPack 5.4.2305 is installed, then start the game.
For manual installation, copy the included BepInEx folder into the intended BepInEx-enabled game/profile location. This ZIP is an installable mod package, not a profile-import export.
LethalInternship and RansomLC remain optional. This package does not install those mods or any of the separate guffs feature tools.
Scope and verification
These repairs address their two specific compatibility failures. They do not repair missing multiplayer prefabs, mismatched host/client content, failed dungeon registration or unrelated mod errors.
Both included DLLs were verified byte-for-byte against the supplied ZIPs. The merged package metadata, dependency union, 256x256 PNG icon and ZIP integrity were checked. Combining them introduces no new gameplay code. No new game or multiplayer test was run for this package.
The original reports are preserved in docs/ for diagnosis details and prior test results. Their old separate-package installation steps are superseded by the installation instructions above.
