non-weeb cosmetics, simple suit color collection, employee upgrades on the pause screen using xp, random tasks for random employees, keep your one held item when teleporting, lots of new scrap items, extra scrap value on moons with weather, deadlines that increase with the quotas, F for flashlight and R for walkie when not holding them, B for custom boombox youtube links, and enemies might feel the need to soak up some vitamin D on occasion.
