Universal Moon Cost Config
Enables manually setting the routing price of any moon if they don't happen to have one. Your game must be ran atleast once with the mod.
- LethalConfig is strongly recommended.
- If another mod already lets you set a moon's price, the config will refer you to it. Turn on that moon's override to set it here anyway.
