Second Exterior Ship Ladder Fix
Fixes the second-floor exterior ship ladder failing to climb when 2 sToRy ShIp v2.2.14 and Wider Ship Mod v1.4.3 are installed together. The [E] prompt appears, but pressing E won't start climbing.
