Q: Can malfunctions occur at the company?
A: No.
Q: Are there days when malfunctions can not occur?
A: Yes. Both the quota deadline as well as the day right before it. This is intended to give players a single confirmed day where no malfunctions will happen as to not cause an event where players can not recoup quota or will lose all their quota making things feel unfair.
