在游戏屏幕中下方显示滚动技巧提示，帮助新玩家快速上手致命公司。

功能

自动轮播游戏技巧（10 秒切换）
按 < > 手动切换上下条
按 M 开关提示框
关闭后右下角显示 "M 查看建材王哥的整合包技巧" 浮标
同一天关闭后再次启动默认不显示，第二天自动恢复
鼠标穿透不遮挡操作
技巧内容可自定义编辑

自定义消息

编辑 BepInEx/config/jiancai_wangge_skills_messages.cfg，一行一条消息，空行自动跳过，UTF-8 编码。

将 jiancai_wangge_skills.dll 放入 BepInEx/plugins/
