Artifact Lobby
The lobby host picks which artifacts are on, and every player plays with the host's picks.
In the lobby, the Artifacts button under the Settings panel opens a panel with an Off/On row per artifact. The host's clicks set the artifacts. Other players see the host's picks there and cannot change them.
It works with artifact mods that register with it, such as Artifact of Glass, Artifact of Sacrifice and Artifact of the Night. With no artifact mod installed it shows nothing, but a lobby you host still tells the other players to turn their artifacts off.
When the game starts, each player's [Artifact] Enabled setting is set to the host's pick and saved. An artifact the host does not have is turned off. If the host does not run Artifact Lobby, every player keeps their own artifact settings.
The picks are saved in each artifact's own config file, so they stay on for your next game. With r2modman that is the profile's BepInEx/config folder, for example evan.muck.artifactofglass.cfg, and r2modman's config editor shows the same [Artifact] Enabled value.
Every player should install it. It has no config of its own.
