KaijuNukem
A 755 m kaiju you can place in the Mission Editor, fly against, and kill. Walks ashore, swipes what it reaches, tracked and targetable like any other unit.

This mod requires the following mods to function
BepInEx-BepInExPack
BepInEx pack for Mono Unity games. Preconfigured and ready to use.
Preferred version: 5.4.2305README
KaijuNukem
A kaiju for Nuclear Option — 755 metres of it, placeable in the Mission Editor.
It wades out of the sea, walks at whatever you point it at, and flattens what it reaches. You fly against it. It is a real networked unit, so it shows on radar, takes a lock, takes damage anywhere on its body, and dies.
Using it
I'm adding a sample Mission but in case you wanna make your own:
Open the Mission Editor, New Unit → Other Units → Kaiju, and place it. Select it and the unit info panel gains its own block of parameters:
| Field | What it does |
|---|---|
| Health | Total damage it absorbs |
| Scale | Uniform size. 300 is the ~755 m default |
| Walk Speed / Turn Rate | How fast it advances and how fast it can yaw. Low turn rates read as heavy |
| Swipe Range / Arc / Damage / Cooldown | The arm sweep and what it destroys |
| Target | UniqueName of the unit it marches on. Empty means the nearest settlement |
| $ / 1000 dmg | What a pilot is paid per 1000 damage dealt to it |
| Round Damage x | Multiplier on gun-round damage |
| Blast Damage x | Multiplier on bomb, rocket and missile-warhead damage - added to counter engine's unit size armor protection - so bombs can deal more damage in this lil baby |
For a win condition, add the engine's own Destroy Units objective and point it at the Kaiju's UniqueName — the mod does not declare victory itself, so the mission author stays in control of the flow.
Configuration
Global defaults live in BepInEx/config/hendev.kaijunukem.cfg and are editable live with
ConfigurationManager. They set the
starting values for a newly placed Kaiju — once placed, the placement owns its numbers, so
editing the config never reshapes a mission somebody already saved.
Installation
Install with a mod manager (Thunderstore Mod Manager, r2modman or Gale) and launch the game through it.
Multiplayer: every player needs the same build. The mod appends a unit definition to the game's encyclopedia, and that list's order is part of the network format.
