First release as a mod of its own. The Pomodoro ticking clock gets its own volume level, independent of the phase-end bell, with a Tick volume slider in the game's Pomodoro sound settings.

This is not new code — it shipped inside On-Together Local Playlist from its 0.1.0 through 0.5.3, and moves out unchanged so that people who only wanted a quiet clock do not have to install a music mod for it. Local Playlist 0.6.0 drops it. If an older Local Playlist is still installed, this mod stands down so you do not end up with the row twice.
