This is one of the modules from Weapon Balance Patch mod, made as a separate file for your convenience
DO NOT INSTALL BOTH
Table of contents:
- Changed half of each weapon damage to Frost, added "Chill" buildup, lowered some strange base buildups
- You wanted to have a replacement for Brand, so I gave you replacement for Brand, enjoy :3
- Midway remembered that Galvanic Chakram is a boss drop, so gave it special right for frost AOE enchantability - requires Artifacts Reworked module
