Every sync disk shows its real name and what it does, in your inventory, the Inspect window and shops. Disks you already have installed are marked, and a Sort button orders yours by newest, name or upgrades.

Every new city gets a Sync Clinic, a pawn shop and all three black market shops, even 2x2 cities. Small cities get buildings with shop spaces instead of ones that have none.
