Shows 6 cards at a time instead of 8 — a taller list was starting to dominate the screen
The scrollbar can now be dragged, and its handle length scales with how many players there are. Clicking an empty part of the track jumps there
Added a clearly visible amber hint at the bottom whenever the list has more players than fit, since the old wording was easy to miss

Panel is 20% narrower — buttons and header text scaled down to match, all spacing re-verified
Teammates are now sorted alphabetically by name instead of by distance, so cards keep a stable position as people move around
