Homelander
Homelander, a new tier 3 monster, utilising his heat vision and menacing laugh, can haunt the halls of any place you visit. His laser burns anything in its way, other monsters included.

- Laser tweaks: the beam follows you quicker (TrackSpeed 4.5, was 4) and reacts faster (ReactionTime 0.1, was 0.3), with less warning before it fires (ChargeSeconds 1, was 1.2).
- If you've already run 1.0.3, your config keeps the old values. Change them yourself or delete the config to get the new ones.

- More laser settings: TrackSpeed, CatchUpSpeed, ReactionTime and ChargeSeconds.
- Changed a couple of defaults: the beam follows you a bit quicker (TrackSpeed 4, was 3.5) but trails a little behind you, so sprinting still gets away, and there's less warning before it fires (ChargeSeconds 1.2, was 1.6).
- BeamSpeed is now called TrackSpeed, so if you'd changed it, set it again.
- Everyone in the lobby needs to update, 1.0.2 and 1.0.3 don't mix.
