Added — reactive behaviours & spring physics
- Bomb & dynamite pulse: Bang's bomb (bodywear top) and dynamite (body bottom) now "breathe", smoothly growing and shrinking in place. Configurable speed and strength.
- Popping balloon: Birthday Boy's balloon (bodywear top) takes damage as you get hit — once it reaches enough hits or accumulated damage it pops with a sound, then re-inflates after a short delay. Pops stay in sync across players in multiplayer. Hits-to-pop, damage-to-pop, respawn and re-inflate times are all configurable.
- Spring (jiggle) physics: added spring/jiggle physics to dangly cosmetics across many monsters, so they sway and bounce with your movement.
