Spawns all shop items (weapons, consumables, upgrades, drones) directly in levels. Fully configurable spawn chances, per-item toggles, value filters, and a level cap.

fixed a major issue where items would disappear if going to another level. (issue reported by t0t_cami on discord) more configuration added. fixed default config hiding upgrades, and other things besides other shop items.
