LobbyReactions
Hold a key in the R.E.P.O. lobby to send one of 30 animated reaction stickers, drawn from the game's own models, with a sound and a chat bubble. Works on its own; with SharePermissions, hosts can let their moderators react too.

Preferred version: 5.4.2100README
LobbyReactions
Animated reaction stickers for the R.E.P.O. lobby. Hold a key, point at a sticker, let go: it pops out of your head in the lobby list in a chat bubble, acts its moment out with a sound of its own, and flies back, for everyone in the lobby running the mod.
How to react
- On the lobby page, hold R (the wheel key, which you can change). A wheel of stickers opens.
- Point at a sticker and let go of the key to send it.
- Let go with the pointer in the middle of the wheel to send nothing.
- Left click goes back a page and right click forward, round and round. The wheel reopens on the page you last used, until you restart the game.
- A click meant for the wheel stays on the wheel: it never presses a lobby button or opens a player's Steam profile underneath. The key does nothing while you type in chat.
- You can send three quick ones, then about one every 2 seconds. A player who has just joined (or rejoined) starts with none and earns them at that pace. While you wait, the wheel is greyed.
- When you may not react, the wheel still opens, greyed, and its middle says why: "Reactions are off in this lobby.", "Only the host and moderators can react here." or "Only the host can react here."
The stickers
30 stickers on two pages of 15, each a moment from the game, drawn from its own models and played at the speed of its own animations.
- Classics: $$$, On fire!, Oops, Help!, Eek, RUN!, RIP, GG, Clap, Haha, Love, Zzz, Huh?, Mad and Grr.
- Memes: Just a duck, Boo!, AAAAA, Yeeted, My bad, Hold this, Bonk, Teabag, Sus, Bruh, Taxed, Yoink, Heavy, Little guy and Shh….
A robot pinned under the TV it dropped on itself, the Runner slashing right behind you, a gold coin fed to the cosmetic machine, a live grenade handed to a teammate, a vase the Rugrat throws back at your head shattering on it. The sticker flies out of your head in the lobby list in a chat bubble, its tail pointing back at you, plays its moment out (coins hop in the cart, confetti bursts, steam blasts) with a short sound, and flies back. The wheel is drawn in the game's own style: chunky tiles banded by colour (yellow for money, red for monsters, aqua for the team, pink for feelings), and the sticker you point at is held up on a grab beam in the middle.
Who can react
The host decides, with the WhoCanReact setting:
- Everyone (the default): every player running the mod.
- Host and moderators: the host and the moderators SharePermissions gives them. This needs SharePermissions on the host and on each moderator; without it on the host, this acts as Host only.
- Host only.
- Off.
Players in the lobby see a change within a second.
Who needs the mod
- Everyone who wants to see the stickers. A player without LobbyReactions sees nothing, and nothing changes for them.
- The host, for anyone's stickers to go out. Every sticker goes through the host. Under a host without the mod, the wheel opens greyed: "Reactions are off in this lobby."
LobbyReactions works on its own. SharePermissions is optional.
Settings
Everything is in the BepInEx config file redos7.LobbyReactions.cfg, section [Reactions]. Change it
in game with any config-editor mod, or in your mod manager's config editor.
| Setting | Default | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| WhoCanReact | Everyone | Applies only when you are the host: who may send stickers (see above). |
| WheelKey | R | The key you hold on the lobby page to open the wheel. Any Unity key name; None switches the wheel off. The wheel never opens on Esc, a mouse or controller button, or a key the game uses. With SharePermissions installed, a key SharePermissions already uses switches the wheel off until you pick another (your setting is left as it is). |
| ShowReactions | On | Off hides other players' stickers on your screen only. Yours still show, and still reach everyone. |
| ReactionSounds | On | Play each sticker's short sound. |
| Sounds | On | The master switch for every sound this mod plays. It uses the game's own audio, so the game's volume settings apply. |
| Language | Auto | The language of this mod's own text: Auto, English, Russian, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese (Brazil), Japanese, German or French. Auto follows SharePermissions' language when SharePermissions is installed, and otherwise the game's language, then your system's. |
Every setting but WhoCanReact is yours alone and changes nothing for other players.
With SharePermissions
LobbyReactions and SharePermissions work together when both are installed:
- Moderators: the host's Host and moderators setting means SharePermissions' moderators.
- Language: with Language on Auto, the stickers' names and the wheel's text follow the language you picked in SharePermissions.
- Hotkeys: the wheel key never does two things at once. If it is already one of SharePermissions' keys (the 1-on-1 call keys), the wheel is switched off, with a warning in the log, until you pick another key.
If you use SharePermissions too, for the safest experience use SharePermissions 2.26.0 or newer, the first release whose changelog says "Works with LobbyReactions". Older SharePermissions releases work too, but with them Host and moderators acts as Host only, Auto does not follow SharePermissions' language, and the wheel key is not checked against SharePermissions' keys.
Credits and licence
The stickers are drawn from R.E.P.O.'s own models.
The code is under the MIT licence (LICENSE.txt). The stickers' art and sounds (Assets/Reactions
in the source: the sticker frames, particles and sounds) are derived from R.E.P.O.'s own models, art
and sound effects, and are not covered by the MIT licence. They are included for use with the game
only. See NOTICE.md in the source
repository.
CHANGELOG
Changelog
1.0.1
Changed
- Stickers work in any lobby. They go straight from player to player, so the host no longer needs LobbyReactions; only players running it see them. When the host runs it too, its WhoCanReact setting still decides who may react. Under a host without it, the wheel no longer opens greyed with "Reactions are off in this lobby."
- A stricter limit against spam: two quick stickers, then one every 4 seconds (it was three, then one every 2 seconds). Every player's game holds every sender to it, so a modified copy cannot flood anyone's screen. Under a host still on 1.0.0, that host sets the pace, as it always did.
Added
- StickersAtOnce: how many stickers your screen shows at once, 2 (the default) or 1. When it is full, a newer sticker from someone else is skipped, sound and all; a player's newer sticker replaces their own, and yours always shows.
Players still on 1.0.0
- They keep seeing and sending stickers in a lobby whose host runs LobbyReactions, either version. Under a host on this one they are held to the new limit, so a quick sticker of theirs past it shows only on their own screen. In a lobby whose host does not run it, they need this version.
1.0.0
The first release: the lobby reaction stickers, as a mod of their own.
Added
- Reactions in the lobby. Hold R on the lobby page and a wheel of 30 R.E.P.O. moments opens, on two pages of 15. Classics: $$$, On fire!, Oops, Help!, Eek, RUN!, RIP, GG, Clap, Haha, Love, Zzz, Huh?, Mad and Grr. Memes: Just a duck, Boo!, AAAAA, Yeeted, My bad, Hold this, Bonk, Teabag, Sus, Bruh, Taxed, Yoink, Heavy, Little guy and Shh…. Left click goes back a page and right click forward, round and round. Point at a sticker and let go of the key to send it; let go in the middle to send nothing.
- Stickers from the game itself. Every sticker is drawn from R.E.P.O.'s own models and played at the speed of its own animations. It flies out of your head in the lobby list in a chat bubble, its tail pointing back at you, acts its moment out with a short sound, and flies back, for everyone running the mod.
- The host decides who may react: Everyone, Host and moderators, Host only or Off. Players without a say get a greyed wheel that tells them why. You can send three quick ones, then about one every 2 seconds; a player who has just joined starts with none and earns them at that pace.
- Your own settings: the wheel key, Show reactions (hide other players' stickers on your screen), Reaction sounds, a Sounds master switch and the language (English, Russian, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese (Brazil), Japanese, German or French). They are BepInEx config entries, changed in game with any config-editor mod.
- Works on its own, and with SharePermissions. With SharePermissions installed too, Host and moderators means its moderators, the text follows the language you picked there (with Language on Auto, the default), and a wheel key that is one of its 1-on-1 keys is switched off rather than doing both. If you use SharePermissions too, for the safest experience use SharePermissions 2.26.0 or newer.
- A click meant for the wheel stays on the wheel: it never presses a lobby button or opens a player's Steam profile underneath.
