• Night lighting: every street lamp now lights up after dark (three times as many lights as before), as a pool of light down from its lantern: sodium-warm in the old town at the top of the hill, white in the middle, cool LED among the glass towers at the bottom.
• Every stair set has two cool-white floodlights at night, one on its sign arm lighting the lip and one at the foot lighting the stairs, so each set stands out down the hill.
• The STAIR SET HILL sign over the start plaza is floodlit at night.
