Tearrist Hardware Pants

Long, wide acid-washed black denim with worn seams and aged silver hardware. A heavy silhouette with original Tearrist artwork, made to wear in skate.
The pants
- Black and ash wash, faded seams and worn double stitching.
- Wide legs with folded hems, rear pockets and a layered asymmetric zip panel.
- Silver belt hardware, two linked chains and a dagger charm.
- Original Tearrist thigh artwork and a rear pocket label.
Adds one selectable pair of pants with its own in-game thumbnails.
About Tearrist
Tearrist is a dormant brand with a living archive. Original graphics return here as something to wear and skate in, keeping the brand's character in circulation.
A Tearrist reboot is a possibility, but it has not been confirmed. For now, these releases give the archive a new home in skate.
Requirements
Use your own Steam copy of skate., the official ReSkate launcher and compatible game files. No other mod packages are required. See the official setup instructions.
Install and equip
- Close skate.
- Open the ReSkate launcher and its Mod Manager. Install this package from Thunderstore, or use Install .zip with the downloaded archive.
- Enable Tearrist Hardware Pants, launch through ReSkate and equip the item under clothing / bottoms.
When updating, keep only one copy of the pants enabled. Disable any older manual installation.
For multiplayer, both players should use the same package version and restart the game after updating.
What to expect
The pants have been checked locally in-game. This remains an experimental release with a few known limits:
- Chains may clip through the fabric or distort in deep crouches and high leg lifts. They do not swing or collide independently.
- Multiplayer appearance and movement have not yet been verified for this revision.
- Long tops can cover the belt; the hems sit differently depending on footwear and avatar proportions.
