Welcome and Caballero — Eleven Boards

Seven Welcome boards plus the four Caballero boards. Welcome artwork and brand credits remain with Welcome Skateboards; Welcome-sources.json records the original product sources.

Install the ZIP with ReSkateLauncher Install .zip, enable it, and launch skate. Select the board in the board wardrobe. Changes apply on the next launch.

Use the combined Welcome_Caballero_Boards.zip for all eleven boards, or the Caballero-only Caballero_Dragon_Boards.zip for four Caballero boards. These are alternatives because their shared inventory and loader registrations overlap. The N64 character pack can accompany either option.

All boards now honor ordinary Grip Color and Grip Pattern selections. To show a supplied Cab top, choose its photographed thumbnail under Grip Color: Chinese Yellow Clear Grip or Street Hot Pink Clear Grip. Choose any ordinary grip to cover the deck. Graphic grips and cutouts can be selected independently. Printed mounting holes were removed from both supplied tops; native hardware remains.

Top graphics use Gordon's supplied photographs. The Yellow Chinese Dragon bottom now uses a sharper matching 341×1023 source photograph from 35th Avenue (media.rainpos.com/3261/cab_yellow.jpg), replacing the roughly 614px phone crop. The 256px icon uses the actual photographed/authored deck art, not AI images.

All boards have separate riding meshes and six LODs. Shape outlines approximate the photos. Native kick, concave, skeleton, trucks, collisions and physics are retained; published dimensions do not establish a calibrated gameplay wheelbase.

Caballero/Powell-Peralta artwork: Vernon Courtlandt Johnson (VCJ), with Steve Caballero. Original pink/yellow boards are adaptations of the earlier blue-stain Original Dragon reference. All artwork/trademarks remain with their owners; redistribution permission was not established. Product and photo source records are in Caballero-sources.json.

Native compilation, EBX/resource references, mip chains, mesh dimensions, stream preservation, and compiled mesh bounds passed. The original boards were previously reported working in game by Gordon. This repair passed native compilation and asset graph checks. In-game repair checks passed for ordinary black grip, Cab graphic grip, readable top logos and selectable Plain/Center Line patterns on Street Hot Pink. Trick testing is unperformed.

Skate compatibility SHA-256: fbce74d5e28ef525dbba2cb4adbebc13405bdbd88f31bc940bca45e4ae88b8f9. Compiled for profile head 625200 / Steam build 25414733.

Shape isolation and grip

Regular popsicle boards keep their normal shape. Only this pack's own Welcome/Caballero deck entries use shaped models. Keep older Local_Welcome_*_Review individual shape tests, WideDeck12 and Cruiser_Deck_Shape disabled; those alter shared geometry. Use only one overlapping board pack. Gordon confirmed the repaired setup works in game.
