GAIS Shirts
v1.2.1: every boss wears an IFK Göteborg shirt (blue/white stripes, IFK crest on the left chest) - see "Bosses" below.
Adds a GAIS skin to all 20 survivors (base game + all DLCs). Each one is the survivor's default look wearing a modelled, skinned green-and-black striped football shirt with a black collar and cuffs. The shirt follows the character's skeleton in game, in the lobby, and on death.
Survivors: Commando, Huntress, Bandit, MUL-T, Engineer, Artificer, Mercenary, REX, Loader, Acrid, Captain, Railgunner, Void Fiend, Seeker, False Son, CHEF, Drifter, Operator, Acolyte, Enforcer.
Pick it in the lobby: Loadout -> Skin -> GAIS (the striped-shirt icon, last in the list).
The GAIS crest sits on the wearer's left chest. The GAIS and IFK Göteborg crests are used with the clubs' permission.
Bosses (IFK Göteborg)
All teleporter and final bosses, base game and DLCs, always wear a modelled blue-and-white striped IFK shirt that follows their skeleton (elite colours, hit flashes and cloaking apply to it like the rest of the body):
Beetle Queen, Clay Dunestrider, Wandering Vagrant, Stone Titan, Aurelionite, Grovetender, Imp Overlord, Magma Worm, Overloading Worm, Solus Control Unit, Alloy Worship Unit, Scavenger (incl. Twisted and Sanctum Scavengers), Grandparent, Xi Construct, Void Devastator, Mithrix (all phases), Voidling (all phases), False Son (all phases), and the newer DLC bosses (Solus Amalgamator, Solus Wing, Vulture Hunter, Big Mush, Reaper variants, Totem, Providence, Gilded Wurms).
Human-shaped bosses get a full shirt with sleeves. Bosses with no torso get a striped band instead: a wrap around the pot, bell, shell or head, a sleeve behind the worms' heads, and "beach ball" panels on the round robots (left open over their eyes).
Not included: Solus Heart (it is a swarm of flying chips with no body to dress).
Turn boss shirts off: set IFKShirts = false in BepInEx/config/lukas.gaisshirts.cfg
(section [Bosses]). The change applies to bosses that spawn afterwards.
The IFK crest sits on the left chest (on the bands it sits on the front-left).
Repaint: ifk_shirt.png in the plugin folder works exactly like gais_shirt.png (same layout, below).
Repainting the shirt
gais_shirt.png (2048x2048) in this mod's plugin folder is loaded at startup, so you can edit it and restart:
- Body (bottom 72% of the image): left/right edges = back seam, centre = front centre. Bottom = hem, top of this band = collar. Stripes are vertical.
- The texture wraps around the body mirrored: anything you paint (text, badges) must be flipped horizontally in the image to read correctly on the shirt. The crest is drawn flipped at about 40% across / 55% up.
- Sleeves: band from 76% to 88% height.
- Collar/cuffs: top 10% (solid colour).
Notes
- Client-side only. Everyone in a multiplayer lobby should have the same skin mods, otherwise skin numbering can differ between players. Boss shirts are purely visual: each player sees them if they have the mod installed.
