Acrid Feeding Frenzy

Acrid tweaks designed around Blight Returns. Balance may change with playtesting.
Feeding Frenzy — Vicious Wounds
With Blight equipped, the third primary swipe:
- Adds one Blight stack to each enemy hit.
- Adds healing equal to 0.5% maximum health per existing Blight stack on the enemy.
- Caps bonus healing at 5% maximum health per rolling second, shared across targets and before healing modifiers.
Existing Blight stacks and normal Regenerative healing are preserved.
Cloying Breath
Base cooldown reduced from 12 seconds to 10 seconds.
