Uncapped Chances
Removes the 100% proc chance cap for Ghor's Tome and Sticky Bomb, allowing chance overflow to trigger additional effects.
Designed as a successor to the original Uncapped Chances mod, which is no longer avaiable.
If you want to uncap Crit and Bleed/Collapse, use Hypercrit2 instead.
