Fixed - the Mono download was broken
The previous Mono build came from an outdated source tree, carried no version number at all (it reported 0.0.0.0) and shipped a leftover debug path. It has been rebuilt from the current sources and now matches the IL2CPP build.
Verified
- Every type and member the mod uses resolves against the installed game and S1API 3.1.15 - checked on both backends, nothing left dangling.
- All Harmony targets still bind on 0.4.6f13.
No gameplay changes in this release.
