TrueSens
A STRAFTAT mod by Dorsth. Type in your mouse DPI and how many cm you want to move for a full turn (cm/360). TrueSens sets your sensitivity to match, and scales it for every zoom, so aiming down sights and scopes feel like your normal aim.
Settings
In Mod Menu, or in BepInEx/config/dorsth.straftat.truesens.cfg:
- Mouse DPI: the DPI your mouse is set to (check your mouse software)
- cm/360: how far you move your mouse for a full turn
- Zoom scaling: how sensitivity changes when you zoom
- Quake (default): scales with the zoom, the way Quake Live does it
- CrosshairOneToOne: small moves near the crosshair match exactly at every zoom
- Enabled: off gives you the game's own sensitivity settings back
Every gun's zoom is handled on its own, so a scope with a stronger zoom gets a lower sensitivity than a red dot.
While TrueSens is on, the game's own sensitivity sliders do nothing. Only your own aim changes, and it works for a mouse only, not a controller. Vanilla compatible: play with anyone, they don't need TrueSens.
